Managing the Problem Project

The key to handling a problem project well is recognizing trouble before the bottom falls out. Instructor Mike Madigan (Kegler Brown Hill + Ritter) will offer insights and practical methods for decision-makers and managers trying to handle the fallout that can occur when a project turns ugly. Attendees will learn how to recognize the warning signs of a job in trouble and the steps needed to manage and control the damages and risks.
